His son, Captain William T. Kelly, lived in the home as late as 1946, and the last instance recorded of the family's residence in the home is when his daughter, Elizabeth Snowden Kelly, married in 1949.

Victor, Sr. died in 1961. He was one of the partners of the family business, Frings Bros, Co., a tobacco & cigar dealing company. Magdalene also passed away in 1966.

In 1986, the home was sold by the then-owners, the Bakers, to the Shepards for $121,000. They themselves sold the home to the Mayers in 1990 for $244,000. In 2008, the Mayers sold the home to the current owners for $550,000.
